Executive Director of Player Personnel

Chuck Stuller Jr.


Hailing originally from the Delaware Valley, Chuck Stuller returns to the Dream Bowl this year as its Executive Director of Player Personnel. With over a decade of experience in football operations, scouting, player development, and event management, Chuck began his Dream Bowl journey as a scouting intern and worked his way up to his current leadership role, helping grow the nationally recognized, NFL-approved all-star game that has sent athletes to the NFL, CFL, and UFL.

In this role, he has led a national scouting staff, led the building of a 4,000+ player database, organized combine testing, and overseen all field and event operations while collaborating with scouts, players, agents, and universities. Earlier in his career, Chuck supported USA Football’s National Team Camps, served as a Coaching Intern and Personnel Intern with the Texas Revolution during their first playoff run, and gained front-office and community relations experience with the Billings Wolves. Beyond operations, he has also contributed to event marketing, social media communications, and live broadcast support, broadening his impact on football programs.  


Director of Football Operations & Strategy/Pro Liaison (AFC, CFL & UFL) 

Ryan Mondo

 

Ryan Mondo is a football professional focused on player evaluation and team development. A graduate of Caldwell University, he serves as Director of Football Operations & Strategy and also serves as a Pro Liaison for the AFC, CFL & UFL at The Dream Bowl. His extensive experience includes roles as General Manager of Business Development for Redline Athletics, National Team Scout for USA Football, member of the Jets event and operations staff, Football Data Scout for Sports Info Solutions, and Player Personnel Representative and Scouting Assistant for California State University, Sacramento. With a background in scouting, talent analysis, and athlete development, Ryan is committed to making The Dream Bowl a premier destination for football talent evaluation and exposure.

Executive Assistant of Player Personnel

Brandon Sunbury

Brandon is entering his third year with the Dream Bowl and his first in the Player Personnel Department. He graduated from Caldwell University in New Jersey in May 2023, earning a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. He brings a wide range of experience across major sporting events, from the Dream Bowl to the 2024 NBA All-Star Game to NFL gamedays. In addition to his role with the Dream Bowl, Brandon works as a Store Supervisor at Pure Hockey, a leading hockey equipment retailer, and contributes to the New York Jets’ Event & Gameday Operations team, where he continues to build his expertise in event operations and management. Scouting is one of Brandon’s greatest passions, and he aspires to become a well-rounded candidate for a future General Manager position in the NFL or NHL.



Regional Scout- Juan Asencion

 

Juan is sports management professional from Paterson, NJ, he holds a Bachelor’s degree from Caldwell University and a Master’s in Sports Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has built hands-on experience with premier organizations such as the New York Jets, New York Giants, and New York Yankees, giving him a broad perspective across both football and baseball. By combining strong academic training with practical expertise, Juan has developed a deep understanding of the sports industry and continues to make a meaningful impact in the professional sports world.



Regional Scout & Pro Liaison (NFC)- Mike Bey


Mike began his scouting career in 2017 with the Scouting Academy and went on to work with Sports Info Solutions, the Carolina Cobras, and Tracking Football. From 2020–25, he gained grassroots experience scouting high school players in Kansas and Ohio while also advancing with the Hula Bowl, where he rose to Assistant Director of Scouting by 2024 and helped evaluate future NFL players such as Isiah Pacheco and Tyrone Tracy. He also contributed to scouting efforts at MTSU during their historic 2022 season and at Westminster College in 2023. Alongside his football work, Mike earned a B.A., MBA, M.S., and multiple graduate certificates—completing all graduate work in just over 18 months while overcoming a serious illness. His resilience, academic drive, and football passion fuel his commitment to making Dream Bowl XIV the best yet.

 

 

Regional Scout- Spencer Boyd

Spencer is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and graduated from DePauw University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. During his time at DePauw, he was a four-year varsity athlete and served as team captain for the Swim and Dive program. Since 2022, Boyd has been actively involved in the football world, gaining experience with the New York Jets, the New York Giants, and the Chicago Bears. He is now entering his second year with The Dream Bowl. Beyond football, Boyd is the founder and president of Sole Bros Inc., a nonprofit organization through which he has donated more than 10,000 pairs of shoes to underprivileged children. He is honored and excited to return to The Dream Bowl staff for another season.



Personnel Assistant/Player Recruitment & Operations Assistant- Rachel De Los Santos


Rachel, a proud Dallas native and lifelong Cowboys fan, graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Language, Literacy, and Leadership and a Minor in Spanish. While there, she gained valuable experience as a Recruiting Intern for Arizona Football and as a Marketing and Fan Engagement Intern for Arizona Baseball and Softball.

She is a dedicated member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, with her chapter serving the North Tarrant County area. Passionate about both sports and travel, one of her most memorable experiences was attending the 2024 Paris Olympics, where she witnessed Team USA Women’s Rugby win their first-ever medal. Currently, Rachel is pursuing her Master’s in Sport Studies and Leadership at Texas Southern University, further developing her expertise in the sports industry while building the leadership skills to make an impact on and off the field.

 

Regional Scout- Matthew Faria


Matthew Faria, from Edison, New Jersey, is pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Stockton University, where he is set to graduate in December. His lifelong passion for football has guided his career path and fueled his dedication to building a future in the sport.

Matthew has gained valuable professional experience through internships and leadership roles within football operations and events. He served as a Football Operations and Events Intern with both the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets during training camp, where he contributed to the planning, logistics, and execution of team activities. At Stockton University, he has served as Vice President of Intramural Sports and previously worked on the event staff, further developing his skills in organization, leadership, and event management.

With a strong foundation in business and hands-on experience in football operations, Matthew is eager to continue building his career in the sport he loves and contribute meaningfully to the success of football organizations.


 

Regional Scout- Joey Jaime

Joey currently serves as the Running Backs Coach at IMG Academy, one of the nation’s premier football programs. He brings 14 years of coaching experience across multiple levels of the game, including roles as a high school coordinator and head coach, collegiate coaching experience, and professional work within the NFL. With a strong background in evaluating talent and player development, Joey has developed a sharp eye for identifying athletes who can excel at the next level. He is excited to continue scouting for the Dream Bowl and contributing to its mission of showcasing top-tier talent.



Remote/Regional Scout- Kristopher Jermany

Kristopher is a Pittsburgh native and University of Pittsburgh graduate with extensive experience in football operations, recruiting, and team management. Skilled in leading small teams in high-pressure environments, he excels at collaboration, managing complex tasks under tight timelines, and maintaining attention to detail amid organized chaos. His background includes developing scouting reports, evaluating high school and transfer portal prospects, and supporting coaches in securing top-level recruits. Proficient with platforms such as ARMS, Teamworks, Hudl, PFF Ultimate, Catapult Scout, XOS, and Catapult Thundercloud, Kris brings strong technical expertise to recruiting, scouting, and operations. With hands-on experience coordinating summer camps, managing equipment for more than 120 athletes, and fostering meaningful relationships with players and recruits, he is dedicated to advancing the success and growth of athletes and programs both on and off the field.

 

Regional Scout- Tony Johnson

Coach Tony Johnson, is a 31-year veteran of NCAA football, and his extensive coaching career includes time at Texas Christian University (TCU) and Texas A&M, as well as serving as a head football coach at the NAIA level. He has also been a Texas High School football head coach under the THSCA and currently serves as the Assistant Head Coach of McKinney Boyd Football. In addition to his coaching career, Johnson has held administrative and scouting roles. He has been a High School Athletic Director and previously served as an NFL scout coordinator at TCU. As a player, Johnson competed at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Kansas, where he earned his B.A. degree. Beyond the field, Johnson is a published author. He and his wife, Mary, have been married for 31 years and are proud parents of four children: Anthony (31), Frazier (30), Alexandra (26), and Faith (24). Recently, Coach Johnson became a grandfather to baby Isa, who is now eight months old.


Regional Scout- Jacob Mackey

Jacob, a native of Houston, Texas, was a team captain and wide receiver at Oak Ridge High School before continuing his playing career at Colorado Mesa University, where he also earned a bachelor’s degree in business. He went on to play professionally with the Northern Arizona Wranglers of the Indoor Football League before transitioning into football operations. Mackey now works in the Arizona Cardinals front office, blending his playing experience with business operations. Coming from a strong football family, he carries forward a rich tradition in the sport and is passionate about identifying and developing talent, helping athletes maximize their potential on and off the field.



Regional Scout- Colton McClain

Colton is currently part of the TCU Football program, serving as a Player Personnel Assistant, where he focuses on recruiting and player evaluation. A graduate of Tarleton State University, he gained experience as both a Recruiting and Video Assistant before joining TCU’s staff. His background also includes 14 years of playing experience, including one season at McMurry University.  

 

Regional Scout- Antonio Nelson Sr.

Antonio played wide receiver at Austin Peay State University (1995–1997) in Clarksville, TN, where he earned a degree in Criminal Justice. He began his coaching career in 2013 as wide receivers coach at Middleton High School in Tampa, FL, before moving to the Florida Gattaca Hurricanes in 2015 as recruiting coordinator and receivers coach. There, he helped guide the team to a 10–1 season in 2017, averaging 33.4 points per game and finishing as NPSA runner-up as passing game coordinator.  In 2016, Antonio also began working with Brian Pittman, CEO of Junior College Phenom, a football scouting agency, and was invited to coach in the D1 FCS Senior Bowl in Myrtle Beach in 2018 and 2019. By 2020, he had advanced to Scouting Director for the Tampa Bay Tornadoes arena team and Director of Scouting for Kinetic Sports Agency, representing NFL, CFL, XFL, and USFL athletes. He further strengthened his scouting background by attending The Scouting Academy in 2019.

 

 

Regional Scout- Zach Perkins

Zach is a current Division I football player at Alabama State University with previous playing experience at Maryland, Hampton University, and the University of South Florida. In addition to his playing career, he has gained valuable scouting experience with Beyond Sports LLC and NFL Draft Diamonds, where he specialized in film study and creating detailed player reports. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida and an MBA in Marketing from Hampton University. Combining his on-field experience with his eye for talent evaluation, Zach brings a well-rounded perspective to the game of football.



Regional Scout- Jarrett Reigel

Jarrett Reigel currently resides in the Allentown, Pennsylvania area and serves as a scouting assistant for the 2025 NFL Draft Bible. In this role, he has attended college all-star game practices and covered the NFL Combine. Previously, Reigel worked as a data scout for Sports Info Solutions, where he contributed four scouting reports to The 33rd Team’s 2024 NFL Draft coverage in partnership with SIS. A graduate of Sports Management Worldwide, he was mentored by former NFL and CFL scouts. In addition to his scouting work, Reigel brings more than a decade of coaching experience, having coached high school football for 12 seasons. His playing career includes time at the high school and collegiate levels, followed by nine seasons in semi-professional leagues.



Regional Scout- Christian Wisk

Christian was born in Dallas, Texas.  He is a dedicated football scout with a strong background in player evaluation and operations. He completed formal training through Sports Management Worldwide under Russ Lande and Dane Vandernat. He also attended the Phil Savage Scouting School, gaining advanced insight into player evaluation and scouting processes. He's completing a Sports Management degree with goals of pursuing a career in college football recruiting or NFL scouting roles.


Regional Scout- Angela Lalwani

Angela Lalwani, a native of Alexandria, Virginia, holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Sports Management from Benedict College. Her career in athletics has been defined by a commitment to operational excellence and a passion for advancing women in football. In 2023, she contributed to the Dream Bowl, assisting with social media operations, and quickly transitioned into larger roles on the operational side of sports. In 2024, she gained NFL experience working with the Chicago Bears, further sharpening her skills in event operations.
