Professional Experience-
Chuck Stuller was promoted to Director of Player Personnel of the Dream Bowl and the Spirit of America Bowl in 2018. Prior to being named to his current role, Chuck began as a volunteer scout in December 2014, and then was promoted to Director of Player Development in 2016.
In addition to the Dream Bowl and the Spirit of America Bowl, Chuck also served as a volunteer coaching and personnel assistant with the CIF (Champions Indoor Football) in 2015. He has also been a volunteer assistant with the IFL (Indoor Football League) and has also worked with USA Football.
As Chuck has worked with our event, he has shown a keen eye for identifying and scouting talented "under the radar" small school players. These players tend not to be disclosed on NFL Draft websites, or in confidential NFL databases. It is his goal each year to find these players and give them the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of NFL and CFL scouts. Additionally Chuck works with the staff scheduling invites for prospects, assists with social media and is a liaison for NFL and CFL scouts.
